TARABYA HOUSE
Siska AŞ has completed the reinforcement, infrastructure, facade and finishing works of the villa overlooking the Bosphorus in Tarabya. Within the scope of the project, the floors were strengthened with steel beam application and carbon fiber method, and the walls were strengthened with structural plaster.
Brick was used in the exterior cladding, and the facade of the building was completed with the application of jambs and shutters. The existing roof was dismantled, a new roof frame was installed with steel construction, and a hydrophore garden irrigation system was built by storing rainwater
