Pangaltı Sıraevler Houses These group of apartment buildings near Osmanbey district, Süleyman Nazif Street consist of 2 to 3 floors and a basement floor.
A total of 14 residences and 10 commercial units are located in the 120-year old historical buildings. Strengthening of the buildings, rough construction, restoration and fine works were completed within the scope of the project.
In the restoration, the decorative elements of the building were preserved and original pencil work adornments, wooden stairs, doors and guillotine window elements were reproduced true to the originals.
