Historical Ortaköy Bath Hüsrev Kethuda Bath was built in the 16th century by Mimar Sinan for the grand vizier Kara Ahmet Pasha. It is one of the most important Turkish bath houses in Istanbul. The building, the property of the Hüsrev Kethuda Foundation, had been operated as a bathhouse for 300 years. The first-class historical monument was restored with its architectural features preserved and decorated as a restaurant and bar.
